This has been devised to provide customers with the best value-for-money cover for their computer systems. In the event of a hardware failure the computer will be repaired, replacing the faulty component at no charge other than the cost of the replaced part(s) (if not already under the manufacturers guarantee). The cost of this special hardware maintenance is intended to help customers to replace old and unreliable computer parts with new parts of the same specification (if possible) or better. This will ensure minimum interruption and maximum reliability at all times. We have an eight hour and a four hour response time facility which guarantees that there will be as little inconvenience to the smooth running of your business. If for any reason, there is an unavoidable delay, we will be able to loan you a replacement PC until such time as your own is ready for use.
