Furthermore, it can work as a standalone or full multi-user mode. In multi-user mode, users can access the same record details via a Network environment whilst maintaining security and full data integrity. The Names system is classed as a modular system. This allows certain parts to be enabled or disabled. This ensures that only the required parts are purchased thus keeping the price to a minimum. Consequently certain sections of this user manual may not be applicable to some users.
One of its strong features is its simplicity and speed by which records can be found and maintained. The computer will search and display matched records while entering the first few characters of the surname, company, first name, post code, record number etc.
