  Software Maintenance .

Network Software Support Although many companies have realised the importance of Hardware Maintenance and have benefited greatly from it's implementation, it has recently become clear that a vast amount of the problems they have encountered have been Software related.

With this in mind, we at JHCS have decided that in order to continue to ensure that our customers have every benefit available to them, we would design a package that would release them from the burden of high costs frequently enforced by these problems.

* Telephone support giving you help with "Blue screen errors" (On screen error codes).

* "Remote Access" Setup. This will allow a technician to address/diagnose a software issue remotely by accessing your system by telephone or via the Internet, thereby eliminating the need to place a callout.

* Support for problems that you may encounter with individual software packages.

* Immediate telephone assistance for general and configuration questions with any software product supported.

* Eight or Four hour on-site response time if a call-out becomes necessary. (because many problems can be resolved by telephone, an on- site visit is rarely needed, eliminating unnecessary expense).
